Security officials hold a briefing with the media in Lahore on Wednesday. According to the security officials, India is sponsoring terrorism in Pakistan. Security officials urged citizens and government authorities to remain on the same page to wipe out every single terrorist from the country.

The security officials stated that the war against terrorism is not the war of the Army, police or FC, but the entire nation needs to fight this war.

Security sources said that Success in the war against terrorism is conditional on full implementation of the National Action Plan.
India is sponsoring terrorism through different terrorist organisations in Pakistan, the security sources added.

On the other hand, the security sources said that the attacker who recently attacked the Tarlai Mosque in Islamabad got training from Afghanistan.

The security sources stated, “It doesn’t matter what your political or religious views are, but we have to unite against terrorism.”
We must not be divided on the basis of nationality, language or provincialism, but must remain united and eliminate all tribulations, the security sources said.

The security sources further stated that good governance is the only solution to eliminate terrorism from Pakistan.

Mentioning Balochistan, the security sources added that the people of Balochistan have refused to support India-backed terrorists in the province.

The National Action Plan is the key to controlling terrorism in KPK, and the recent meetings held in Pakhtunkhwa in this regard are welcome, the security sources said.

The security sources also said that no narrative can weaken the relationship between the Pakistani people and Pakistan’s armed forces.
The security officials also mentioned opposition leader Mahmood Achakzai and said the recent statement given by him is a lie.

The security officials concluded, “Dialogue is the right of every political party, and Pakistan’s armed forces have nothing to do with politics.”
