In response to President Donald Trump statment, the Iranian Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) said that it is Iran, not US, that will dictate its end.

IRGC spokesperson Brigadier General Ali Mohammad Naeini described Trump’s comments as “nothing but lies” and said that the US president was trying to “fabricate military achievements” after humiliating defeats.

“We are the ones who will determine the end of this war,” Naeini declared, according to the Tasnim news agency.

“We know that your ammunition is about to run out and that you are looking for an honourable way out of the war. Why don’t you tell the truth to the American people? Trump doesn’t want Americans to know that all US military infrastructure in the Persian Gulf region has been destroyed,” he said.

Naeni also denied Trump’s claim that US and Israeli attacks had degraded Iran’s missile capabilities, saying more projectiles are being fired “than the early days of the war, in larger numbers, and with warheads weighing more than 1 tonne”.

He added that Iran’s armed forces will not permit the export of a single litre of oil from the region to the aggressors and their partners until further notice, saying their attempts to control oil and gas prices will be “temporary and futile”.

Trump says ongoing war with Iran ‘is very complete, pretty much’

US President Donald Trump has stated that the war with Iran ‘is very complete, pretty much’ after his previous four to five weeks estimated duration of the ongoing conflict.

According to sources, Trump said, “I think the war is very complete, pretty much. They have no navy, no communications, they’ve got no Air Force.”

US military targets over 3000 Iranian sites amid war

The United States military reported that it targeted more than 3,000 Iranian sites during the initial week of operations. “If you observe, they have nothing remaining. In a military context, there is nothing left,” Trump stated.

On Sunday, Iran declared that Ayatollah Mojtaba Khamenei would succeed his father as the supreme leader of Iran.

“I have no communication for him. None at all,” the US President remarked, adding that he has another individual in mind to govern the nation.

Initially, Trump estimated that the conflict would conclude in about a month.

“We are significantly ahead of schedule,” he further stated.

On the same afternoon, Trump stated that the war is “very complete, pretty much,” while the Department of Defense posted on X, “We have Only Just Begun to Fight” and “no mercy.”
