Iran–US talks have entered a second phase in Switzerland, with Pakistan and Qatar acting as mediators.
Bilateral talks between the Tehran and Qatari delegations have now begun.
Earlier, the first round of talks was reported to have concluded.
According to reports, the meeting lasted around 80 minutes before breaking for “internal consultations.”
The talks between both sides were described as open and candid. Although differences remain on some issues, the overall atmosphere is being seen as constructive and positive.
These negotiations aim to review progress on points agreed in the Islamabad memorandum of understanding, strengthen confidence-building measures, and develop a clear framework for future diplomatic engagement.
