World Condemns Islamabad Blast

Web desk: The recent suicide blast outside the Islamabad Judicial Complex has drawn condemnation from around the world.

The British High Commissioner, the Qatari Foreign Ministry, the United States, and the Chinese Embassy have all expressed condolences to the victims’ families.

The world has reaffirmed its support for Pakistan in its fight against terrorism.

UK Condemns

The British High Commissioner to Pakistan condemned the attack, stating that several people were martyred.

He extended condolences to the families of those who lost their lives and said the situation was being monitored closely.

Qatar Condemns

Qatar expressed regret over the attacks in Islamabad and Wana Cadet College. The Qatari Foreign Ministry offered condolences to the families of the victims and prayed for the speedy recovery of the injured.

US Condemns

The United States reaffirmed its support for Pakistan in the fight against terrorism. US Chargé d’Affaires Natalie Baker said the US stands with Pakistan’s efforts to maintain peace.

China Condemns

The Chinese Embassy condemned the suicide blast outside the Islamabad Judicial Complex. It expressed heartfelt condolences to the families of those killed and injured in the attack.

The embassy stated in a post on X, “We strongly condemn the suicide blast near Islamabad District Judicial Complex, extend our deepest condolences to the deceased victims, express our sincere sympathies to their families and the injured, and we wish for the early recovery of the injured.”

The European Union (EU) has condemned the suicide attack in Islamabad that killed 12 people and injured more than 20 others.

Blast in Islamabad

A powerful explosion occurred near the G-11 Sector courthouse in Islamabad at around 12:30 pm on Tuesday, with the blast heard across a wide area.

Police said a suicide bomber riding a motorcycle approached a police vehicle and detonated himself.

The explosion set fire to nearby vehicles, and the body parts of the bomber were scattered inside the courthouse.
