The innings was anchored by experienced batter Devon Conway, who top-scored with 45 runs, while Mark Chapman added a solid 42-run contribution. Samir Minhas chipped in with 22 runs, and Mohammad Faiq scored 18 runs to help push the total to a fighting score.
For Hyderabad Kingsmen, Asif Mahmood delivered an impressive bowling performance, taking 4 wickets, while Muhammad Ali supported well with 2 wickets.
Hyderabad Kingsmen will now need 154 runs to win the match. At the toss, Hyderabad captain Marnus Labuschagne said they would aim to win this match as well as the previous one. Akif Javed replaced Asif Mahmood in the team. Islamabad United captain Shadab Khan said he was not playing the match as a precaution, and Mehran Mumtaz replaced him in the team. He added that if they had won the toss, they would have chosen to bat first.
