Gabrielle Henry was representing Jamaica at the Miss Universe 2025. She lost her balance and fell from the podium during the parade held on November 19 in Nonthaburi, Thailand. The video quickly went viral.

The fall stunned the audience, and the hall fell silent in shock. Videos show many people rising from their seats immediately after she fell, creating a tense and sudden atmosphere in the room.

Jamaican Miss Universe 2025 Contestant Hospitalised
According to pageant owner Raul Rochi Cantu, Gabrielle Henry was quickly taken to a local hospital, where she received medical attention.
“I just left the hospital, where she is undergoing examination. Fortunately, there are no serious injuries, no fractures were found, and she is being cared for by the best specialists,” he reassured fans.
This was not the only incident of the evening. During the national costume show, Miss Great Britain also slipped and fell but managed to get up and continue her performance.
International media reports suggested that a slippery stage surface may have contributed to both accidents.
Following these incidents, the organisers said they would conduct a thorough inspection of the stage conditions, strengthen security, and revise the show rules if necessary to prevent similar situations in the future.
