Famous television actress, Javeria Saud appeared in a bold outfit at Pakistan Fashion Week in London, leaving many fans disappointed and enraged.
The popular showbiz host was seen wearing a black saree with a silver half blouse under a long jacket.
The actress walked the ramp at PFW in the United Kingdom (UK). The event was organized by Riwayat. She also displayed her own clothing line at the fashion show, walking with her daughter, Jannat Saud and another popular actress, Sana Nawaz.
Upon viewing her recent pictures online, many of her fans expressed great disapproval and frustration towards Javeria Saud‘s bold new look.
They questioned her morals, leaving comments like ‘Is this the same Javeria who hosts Ramadan transmissions?’ and ‘She will now be seen sitting in Aitikaf during Ramadan’. On the other hand, some social media users resorted to explicit derogatory remarks, body shaming the actress along with questioning her integrity.
Other fans called her outfit choice tacky and outdated, also not sparing her daughter’s fashion sense. Another user said, ‘Was it necessary to display her belly fat?’
Javeria Saud’s showbiz journey
The actress made her acting debut in 1995 after entering showbiz as a naat reciter. Her breakthrough came in 2008 when she produced and starred in the drama, ‘Yeh Zindagi Hai’ which ran for six years. She played the headstrong protagonist Jameela, a performance that received many positive reviews from both critics and audiences.
Javeria Saud began hosting TV programs in 2015 such as ‘Satrangi’ along with Ramadan transmissions. Some of her other prominent works include starring in popular series such as ‘Nand’, ‘Paristan’ and ‘Baby Baji’ and ‘Muhabbat Aur Mehengai.
