In February 2026, Jazz, the top telecom operator in Pakistan, led the list of consumer complaints, followed closely by Telenor Pakistan.
According to official statistics, there were a total of 5,388 complaints lodged by telecom users across various service providers during the month of February.
Out of these, 5,025 complaints were successfully resolved, indicating an impressive overall resolution rate of 93.26 percent.
The complaints encompassed a range of service providers, including cellular mobile operators, Pakistan Telecommunication Company Limited (PTCL), long-distance international operators, wireless local loop providers, and internet service providers.
Mobile operators were the primary recipients of complaints, which is not surprising given their extensive subscriber base.
The cellular sector alone accounted for 4,613 complaints, with 4,315 of these being successfully addressed, resulting in a resolution rate of 93.54 percent.
When examining individual operators, Jazz received 2,133 complaints and resolved 2,084 of them, achieving a notable resolution rate of 97.7 percent.
In contrast, Telenor Pakistan had 950 complaints, resolving only 763, which corresponds to a relatively low resolution rate of 80.32 percent, indicating possible service deficiencies.
Zong reported 892 complaints, successfully resolving 867 cases, leading to a resolution rate of 97.2 percent, while Ufone had 610 complaints and resolved 574, achieving a resolution rate of 94.1 percent.
These figures imply that, despite variations in the volume of complaints, most operators were effective in addressing user issues.
