JazzCash has introduced a new health service called Sehat+, which is now available through its mobile app.

The platform aims to provide easier access to health insurance and related services for millions of users across the country.

JazzCash is one of Pakistan’s largest digital financial service providers, and this major initiative will make it easy for people to get health services.

Digital access to health services

Sehat+ allows JazzCash customers to explore health insurance plans, receive instant digital health cards, and access cashless treatment at hospitals partnered with Eastern Federal Union (EFU) Life Assurance.

Users can also consult doctors online, locate verified hospitals, and benefit from healthcare discounts.

The platform is designed to make health services more convenient and accessible, especially for individuals and families who may not have formal insurance.

It also offers small-ticket insurance plans that provide coverage at a lower cost.

To reach a wider audience, Sehat+ includes an Urdu-enabled option within the JazzCash app.

This feature is intended to help users who prefer to navigate services in their native language and make informed choices about health coverage.

EFU Life Assurance has collaborated with JazzCash to support the initiative.

Through the partnership, users receive digital health cards that can be used for cashless treatment at participating hospitals.

The platform also offers instant financing for medical expenses, helping users manage healthcare costs.

Expanding digital services

Aamir Aftab, Chief Product Officer at JazzCash, said the service represents a step toward integrating financial and health services in a single platform.

He noted that the introduction of flexible payment plans and Urdu support would make health coverage more accessible to a broader segment of the population.

JazzCash, which has millions of users nationwide, has been expanding its offerings beyond payments to include financial services and now health protection.

Sehat+ is the latest addition to its efforts to provide comprehensive digital solutions.
