John Cena says farewell to WWE after losing last match

WEB DESK: The great World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE) superstar John Cena has finally put down his wrestling gloves.

He lost his last match to his opponent, Gunther, at Saturday Night Main Event. The legendary wrestler, who was a 17-time World Champion, fought with a lot of ferocity at the Capital One Arena.

The Attitude Adjustment is a signature move that Cena used in the battle.

He had even subjected Gunther to the announce table. Despite this continued attack, Cena failed to get the decisive pinfall. Gunther ended up making Cena give in through a strong sleeper hold.

WWE organized a huge event to celebrate the farewell of the star. The event was attended by many celebrities and wrestling legends on the ringside.

A thunderous applause was received as Cena came in. It is worth noting that affirmative cheers substituted the common scream of Cena sucks.

After the game, a weepy Cena spoke in front of the full house. He only said, That’s all I have.

The changing room was soon vacated onto the ramp. The ring was filled with wrestlers to honour the retiring veteran.

The fans sang a very passionate Thank you, Cena. He shared an embrace with Triple H before one final tribute video was shown.

Cena then proceeded to the entrance ramp, waved to the audience, and left the arena to make his last appearance. It was the conclusion of an epic career.
