PSL 11: Hyderabad Kingsmen beat Karachi Kings in nail-biting finish

In the 20th match of PSL 11, the Hyderabad Kingsmen defeated the Karachi Kings by 4 wickets after an exciting contest.

The match played at the National Bank Stadium in Karachi, the Hyderabad Kingsmen successfully chased the target of 189 runs set by the Karachi Kings, losing 6 wickets and reaching the target in the final over.

Irfan Niazi played 29 balls, while Hasan Khan remained unbeaten on 33 runs. Captain Marnes Leboshin scored 26 runs, and Moaz Sadaqat made 37 runs before getting out. Usman Khan scored 27 runs off 13 balls, while Abbas Afridi was targeted. Saeem once again failed to make an impact and was dismissed after scoring 6 runs.

Glenn Maxwell was dismissed for 2 runs by Abbas Afridi. For the Karachi Kings, Abbas Afridi took 2 wickets, while Hasan Ali, Khushdil Shah, and Adam Zampa took one wicket each.

In the 20th match of PSL 11, Karachi Kings set a target of 189 runs against Hyderabad Kingsmen.  The match played at the National Bank Stadium in Karachi, Karachi Kings scored 188 runs for the loss of 8 wickets in their allotted overs, setting a target of 189 runs for the Kingsmen to chase.

Youngster Saad Baig scored 53 runs off 37 balls, while captain Moin Ali played an aggressive innings, scoring 44 runs off 16 balls. Azam Khan was dismissed for 26 runs. Mohammad Wasim scored 25 runs, and Salman Ali Agha contributed 24 runs before getting out.

For the Kingsmen, Hanin Shah took 3 wickets for 19 runs, while Mohammad Ali bowled economically and took 2 wickets. Captain Marnes Leboshin also claimed one wicket. Earlier, Hyderabad Kingsmen won the toss and chose to field first. Captain Marnes Leboshin confirmed that star all-rounder Marnes Leboshin is included in the team, while Saim Ayub has returned to the squad.

Karachi Kings vice-captain Moin Ali stated that David Warner is not playing today as he is resting due to back issues. It was also asked who replaced Rassie van der Dussen in the playing XI. It was further reported that Hasan Ali has returned to the team, and Ehsanullah has also been included in the playing XI. It is worth mentioning here that Karachi Kings were defeated by Peshawar Zalmi by 159 runs in their previous match.
