Web desk: The Sindh Rangers have completed security arrangements for the New Year celebrations across Karachi and the Sindh province.

In Karachi and other parts of Sindh, mobile and motorcycle squads have been deployed on major roads to make sure of public safety.
Sensitive areas will see increased snap checking, mobile patrolling, and motorcycle patrols.
A large number of Rangers personnel will remain on duty across Karachi and interior Sindh to maintain law and order.
Entry and exit points of the city, as well as inter-provincial check posts, are conducting biometric verification of suspicious individuals.
Authorities have also imposed a complete ban on firing in the air. Additionally, there is a ban on displaying weapons during the New Year celebrations as well.
The public has been urged to cooperate and avoid firing, showing weapons, or other such behaviour. This will help ensure everyone’s safety.
Those violating the rules will face immediate and strict legal action.
Karachi Sea View to remain open
Police officials have announced that the infamous Sea View will remain open on New Year’s Night.
According to the police spokesperson, three roads leading to the Sea View will remain open.
Karachi residents are advised to use Khayaban e Ittehad, Abdullah Shah Ghazi Tomb and Bilawal Chowrangi Road to reach Sea View.
