Karachi weather: cloudy skies, light rain expected tomorrow

The weather in Karachi is likely to remain cloudy and humid tomorrow, with a chance of light drizzle in some parts of the city.

The Pakistan Meteorological Department (PMD) said isolated drizzle may occur during the morning and night.

The temperature in Karachi is expected to stay between 32°C and 34°C. The weather is likely to remain warm and humid over the next few days.

What will the weather be in Sindh tomorrow?

Most parts of Sindh are expected to remain hot and humid. However, some coastal areas and parts of Tharparkar may receive isolated drizzle.

The PMD does not currently expect a major monsoon system to bring widespread rain to Sindh during the rest of August. This means most areas of the province may continue to see mostly dry weather.

The outlook is also in line with the PMD’s seasonal forecast. The department had earlier predicted below-normal rainfall in Sindh during June to August. It also expected higher temperatures in Sindh and southeastern Balochistan.

Where will it rain in Pakistan?

While Sindh may see limited rainfall, monsoon activity is continuing in northern and central parts of the country.

The PMD’s latest forecast shows that some areas of northern and central Pakistan may receive rain and thunderstorms. This shows that monsoon rainfall is not affecting all parts of the country equally.

The weather situation can change during the monsoon season. Residents have been advised to follow the latest PMD updates.

Below-normal rainfall could also put pressure on water supplies and farming in Sindh, as per the details. Crops such as rice, cotton, sugarcane and maize may face water shortages if the dry conditions continue.
