Security forces killed 13 terrorists and injured 11 others during an intelligence-based operation in Kurram Valley on September 25, 2026, according to reports today.
According to reports, intelligence agencies received information about the presence of Fitna al-Khawarij terrorists in the area. Based on the information, security forces planned an operation.
The operation was carried out in the RC area of Kurram Valley. A group of terrorists was located in Maqsood Bagh. Security forces then surrounded the area.
Heavy exchange of fire
An exchange of fire between the terrorists and security forces started on September 25. The terrorists also used long-range and sniper fire.
The clash continued for around one and a half hours. The terrorists tried to escape from the area but were killed during the operation.
A total of 13 terrorists were killed while 11 others were injured. The bodies of two of the killed terrorists were recovered along with weapons. The terrorist hideout was also destroyed.
One security official was also martyred during the operation.
Security forces kill 8 Indian-sponsored Fitna-Al-Khwarij terrorists
Acting on intelligence reports in Hangu district of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, security forces recently killed eight terrorists affiliated with Fitna-al-Khawarij.
In addition to this, six security personnel, including two officers, were martyred during ongoing operations in the province.
According to ISPR, on 20 September 2026, a fire exchange took place between the Security Forces convoy and Khwarij in Hangu District.
Resultantly, eight Khwarij belonging to Indian-sponsored Fitna-Al-Khwarij were sent to hell due to effective engagement by our own troops.
