The Lahore Development Authority (LDA) has offered plot distribution to citizens on very easy installments.
The LDA has released the details of its latest computerised balloting process aimed at providing residential and commercial plots to citizens on easy installment plans.
As per the instructions of the Director General (DG) LDA, Ft. Lt. (R) Tahir Farooq, the fifth computerised balloting for commercial and residential plots was successfully held at the ceremony organised at the LDA Sports Complex.
Multiple plots in different housing schemes were allotted to successful applicants through a transparent computerised system.
The balloting included residential and commercial plots in several famous areas of Lahore, including Johar Town, LDA City, Allama Iqbal Town and Mohlanwal.
The plots included in the balloting include four-marla commercial plots in LDA City Business, two to 2.5-marla commercial plots and 3.5-marla residential plots in Johar Town.

The balloting also includes three-marla commercial plots in Allama Iqbal Town’s Fruit Market area, and three-marla residential plots in LDA Enclave Mohlanwal Block-D.
Speaking at the ceremony, DG LDA said that the LDA was offering these plots in its major schemes on highly affordable three-year instalment plans.
“The successful applicants will pay the total price of the plots over a period of three years through 12 equal installments”, he added.
The DG LDA stated that the Lahore Development Authority would introduce more such plots in future to facilitate citizens and help them fulfil their dream of owning a home.
