An important meeting of all Superintending Engineers was held at the LESCO Headquarters under the chairmanship of LESCO Chief Executive Officer Engineer Muhammad Ramzan Butt. The meeting focused on improving consumer services, with officials directed to ensure the timely provision of better facilities, promptly resolve public complaints, and further improve various customer service areas.
According to a LESCO spokesperson, the meeting reviewed ongoing operations against electricity theft, the status of revenue recovery, and the action plan for achieving the targets set for the 2026–27 financial year.
The officers were directed to ensure the prompt implementation of an effective action plan to improve revenue recovery, take strict action against defaulters, and eliminate electricity theft. The meeting also emphasised the need to provide consumers with timely and improved services, promptly resolve complaints, and introduce further improvements in various customer service areas.
LESCO Chief Executive Officer Engineer Muhammad Ramzan Butt said that eliminating electricity theft and improving revenue recovery are among LESCO’s top priorities. He directed all officers to work diligently to achieve the assigned targets, ensure effective field performance, and provide consumers with the best possible services. The meeting was attended by General Manager Technical Rai Muhammad Asghar, Director Customer Services Abbas Ali, Manager CMU Rai Masood, and Manager Commercial Noman Malhi.
