An event celebrating Pakistani products, community leadership and business achievements in the United States paid special tribute to the “Made in Pakistan” football used in the FIFA World Cup.
Organised by the American Pakistani Public Affairs Committee in Irving, Texas, the event brought together mayors from several American cities and representatives of the Pakistani-American community. The gathering highlighted the growing recognition of Pakistani-made products in the international market and celebrated the contributions of the Pakistani community to business and economic development in the United States.
According to Faisal Nadeem, Brand Ambassador of Made in Pakistan and Ambassador of Justice International America, the event was organised to celebrate the Pakistani community, its leadership, business development, and economic prosperity.
The event also paid tribute to the contributions and services of Arlington Mayor Jim Ross, Frisco Mayor Mark Hill, Carrollton Mayor Steve Babek, Richardson Mayor Amir Omar, and State Representative Terry Meza. Faisal Nadeem said that the global recognition of Pakistani-made footballs used in the FIFA World Cup is a matter of great pride for Pakistan’s sports industry. He noted that Pakistani products have demonstrated their quality and potential in international markets.
He further said that stadiums in Arlington and Dallas, Texas, had the honour of co-hosting FIFA World Cup matches, making the recognition of footballs manufactured in Pakistan particularly significant in the region. According to Nadeem, the business of Pakistani products is thriving in Dallas, Texas, with Pakistani entrepreneurs making significant progress across various sectors. He added that the growing business activities of the Pakistani community are helping to further strengthen economic ties between Pakistan and the United States.
