Karachi: Four bodies were found in a manhole near the Mai Kalachi area of Karachi.
According to DIG South Asad Raza, the deceased include a man, two women and a child. The bodies are 10 to 15 days old.
Police officials say that according to initial investigations, there are signs of violence on the bodies, while traces of blood were also found in the manhole from which the bodies were discovered.
According to ASP Kemari, the bodies are mutilated and have been shifted to the hospital. The identification phase of the bodies will start soon.
Sindh Chief Minister Murad Ali Shah, taking notice of the incident, has ordered an immediate investigation by the police and relevant agencies.
The Sindh Chief Minister says that all aspects of the incident should be reviewed and those responsible should be identified, the Sindh government will provide justice to the affected families.
He said that the protection of the lives and property of citizens is the first responsibility of the government.
