MINI Cooper launches in Pakistan: price, specs revealed

The iconic British car brand MINI has launched the MINI Cooper on February 12, 2026, in Pakistan and has officially entered the Pakistani auto market.

Dewan Motors, the official BMW importer in Pakistan, unveiled three models: the MINI Cooper, Countryman, and Aceman. The launch marks the brand’s first formal introduction in the country.

New MINI Cooper in Pakistan

Dewan Motors has introduced the latest generation of the Cooper in both petrol and electric variants.

The electric Cooper comes in two models, Cooper E and Cooper SE, offering battery capacities of 36.6 kWh and 49.2 kWh, respectively.

The petrol Cooper is available as a three-door and a five-door model, both powered by a 1.5-litre engine producing 156 horsepower.

Booking, delivery, and pricing

Bookings for the MINI Cooper have opened with a 10% down payment.

Prices are listed in Euros, and the final cost in Pakistani rupees depends on the exchange rate at the time of payment.

Delivery is expected between August and September 2026. Current retail prices for the electric Cooper range from Rs17.5 million to Rs19.2 million.

Petrol models are priced between Rs23.6 million and Rs24.5 million.

Features and performance

The electric Cooper models offer a range of 288-402 km depending on the variant, with acceleration from 0-100 km/h in 6.7-7.3 seconds.

On the other hand, Petrol variants feature front-wheel drive, 0-100 km/h acceleration in 7.7-8 seconds, and compact dimensions suitable for city driving.

Moreover, both of the variants include premium features and modern safety systems.

The launch of MINI in Pakistan reflects growing interest in premium and electric vehicles in the country, offering new options for consumers seeking compact, stylish, and technologically advanced cars.

Originally founded in 1969 in the United Kingdom, MINI is known for its compact size, nimble handling, and retro-modern design.

Since 2000, the brand has been owned by BMW Group, combining British design with German engineering, technology, and build quality.

The Cooper remains the brand’s most recognisable model, known for its three-door hatchback design and “go-kart”-like driving experience.
