Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PMLN) leader Hina Parvez Butt said that the actress Momina Iqbal harassment case will be decided purely on merit. Hina Parvez Butt also confirmed that Chief Minister (CM) Punjab Maryam Nawaz provided full proof security to Momina Iqbal and her family.
Hina Parvez Butt wrote on X, “The NCCIA called both Momina and the MPA today and questioned them. One thing is certain: this case will be decided 100 per cent on merit. No matter how influential anyone may be, they will not be able to influence this case in any way.”
“For Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz, women and girls are a red line, and she ensures justice for them in every situation,” Hina Parvez Butt further added.

The harassment allegations levelled by TV artist Momina Iqbal against PML-N MPA Saqib Chadher has taken the social media by storm and everyone is wondering what is the real story behind such charges.

According to claims circulating in sections of media, both were seen together during shopping and social outings and even made trips abroad.
According to senior journalist and v logger Mansoor Ali Khan, the two had plans to get married and Momina Iqbal was led to believe that the MPA was divorced.
Howver, the matter escalated after the politician’s wife, Samira Khan, reportedly became aware of the situation. It is claimed she issued threats to the actress.
The actress is said to have been warned of serious consequences if the alleged relationship continued.
It is also alleged that the MPA later began harassing the actress after the relationship ended. However, these claims have not been independently verified.
Mansoor Ali Khan in his Vlog also reported that the actress is all set to marry someone else in coming months, which did not sit well with the PML-N MPA and things started getting out of hand
The matter has now reached the CM Punjab Maryam Nawaz and the NCCIA, which has summoned both parties including the wife of the MPA.
Further inquiry is expected into the matter.
