So far, Mustafizur Rahman and Shakib Al Hasan are among those who have registered for the PSL 11 season.

Along with them, Towhid Hridoy, Taskin Ahmed, and Rishad Hossain are also part of the list. Tanzid Hasan Tamim, Mahmudullah Riyad, and Hasan Mahmud have also been registered.

According to the media reports, the number of Bangladeshi cricketers in the PSL is likely to increase further.

There is an option of both PSL players draft or auction, and discussions are underway with the team owners in this regard. The selection of teams will be done in the last week of January.

Dropping from the KKR

Earlier, Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) picked the fast bowler at the IPL auction in December, worth $1 million, and dropped him later.

Following the removal of the national fast bowler, the Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) not only imposed a ban on the IPL, but also has approached the International Cricket Council (ICC), asking it to move their T20 World Cup 2026 matches out of India.
