Web desk: The National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA) has introduced a new online facility that allows parents to apply for their child’s B-Form from home, making the process faster and easier than ever before.

It is the Child Registration Certificate, which is an important document to possess.

The National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA) has made it easier for parents to obtain their child’s B-Form or the Child Registration Certificate.

Citizens no longer need to visit offices or stand in long queues, as the entire process is now available online.

According to NADRA, parents can now apply for their child’s B-Form through the Pak-ID mobile app from home.

The app allows users to submit applications, pay fees, download the B-Form, and store it in the ID Vault within minutes.

Parents only need to provide their identification details and the child’s basic information.

Required documents, such as the birth certificate or parents’ ID cards, must be uploaded through the app.

Once the application is submitted, NADRA verifies the details and notifies users through the app when the B-Form is ready.

A NADRA spokesperson said that users can download and print the B-Form or keep it digitally in the ID Vault for future use in schools or government offices.

Officials said the goal of this service is to save citizens time and travel costs. NADRA aims to expand its digital services to reduce long waiting times at its offices.

The new NADRA feature is a sign of the authority’s ongoing efforts to digitise its services and improve public convenience.

NADRA aims to reduce office visits and waiting times, making essential documentation simpler for families across Pakistan by expanding online access.

It is worth mentioning that the Pak-ID app already allows users to renew their CNIC and Smart Cards, a service successfully used by millions of citizens.
