NADRA Jobs 2025: The National Databse and Registration Authority (NADRA), is set to grow its operations in Sindh with the hiring of 200 Junior Executives (Data Entry Operators) across Karachi and various districts in interior Sindh.

NADRA plans to purchase land and establish new offices in multiple districts as part of its ongoing effort to improve service delivery and accessibility in underserved regions in order to facilitate recruitment.

According to official details, the recruitment drive will be carried out in five districts of Karachi and nine districts of interior Sindh.

  • To apply for the said jobs, the candidates must have at least intermediate qualification.
  • The maximum age limit has been set at 25 years old.

NADRA Jobs 2025: New Offices in Following Cities

The expansion plan includes setting up new offices in Mirpurkhas, Mirpur Sakro, Kotri, Matiari, Chachro, Jhuddo, Mirpur Tharro, Tando Allahyar, Jamshoro, Thatta, and Sujawal.

Aims of the NADRA Recruitment Drive

Officials said the initiative aims to extend NADRA’s services to semi-urban and rural communities.

It is to ensure faster and more convenient access to registration facilities while creating job opportunities for Sindh’s youth.

NADRA is Pakistan’s national identity authority.

It manages key services such as the issuance of Computerized National Identity Cards (CNICs), family registration, and child registration certificates.

It is also responsible for maintaining a secure national database that supports government planning, social programs, and elections.

This NADRA recruitment initiative comes after NADRA’s recent collaboration with provincial governments to introduce a digital system. The digital systems purpose is to register births and deaths in hospitals and health care centres nationwide.

It is also aimed at making the process more effitient, transparent and timely.

Acting on the directives of Federal Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi, NADRA continues to upgrade the country’s registration infrastructure as part of the National Biometric and Registration Policy Framework. It was approved by Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif on January 1, 2025.
