Pakistan’s National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA) has begun a mobile registration drive across several cities in the UK, aiming to bring identity services closer to overseas Pakistanis.
The operation starts today (January 3, 2026) and is designed to cut travel time and long waits for people who need official documents. NADRA says the move is part of its wider effort to improve access for the Pakistani diaspora.
Mobile teams will visit Aylesbury, Rochdale, Cardiff and Middlesbrough. The centres will offer a range of services, including new registrations, renewals, modifications and reprints of NICOP, SNICOP and SPOC cards. Services for lost cards, cancellation of NICOP and SNICOP, family registration certificates and DUP clearance will also be available.
In Aylesbury, the service is being held at Aylesbury Masjid on Havelock Street, postcode HP2 2NX, from 10am to 4pm. In Rochdale, the team will operate at the Kashmir Youth Project on Belfield Road, postcode OL16 2UP, during the same hours.
In Cardiff, the centre is located at the Rabbaniah Islamic Cultural Centre on Clare Road, postcode CF11 6OP, and will run from 10am to 3pm. In Middlesbrough, services are available at Al Mustafa Centre on Parliament Road, postcode TS1 4HP, from 9am to 3pm.
NADRA has advised citizens to visit the location nearest to them and to check updates through its official website or WhatsApp channel. A dedicated online portal has also been set up for complaints, with the aim of resolving issues without delay.
At home, NADRA is expanding similar mobile services across Sindh. After successful rollouts in Karachi East and Shaheed Benazirabad, the facility has now been extended to Larkana and Tando Muhammad Khan.
Under this system, people can register births, deaths, marriages and divorces without visiting union council offices. Applications can be submitted through the Pak ID mobile app, with certificates delivered to homes. Officials say the service will soon cover the entire province.
