The National Cyber Crime Investigation Agency (NCCIA) has announced 351 jobs in grades BS-5 to BS-14, offering government job opportunities for candidates with qualifications ranging from matriculation to bachelor’s degrees.

The vacancies include Sub Inspector (SI), Technical Assistant, Stenotypist, Upper Division Clerk (UDC), Assistant Sub Inspector (ASI), Constable and Constable Driver positions.

According to the recruitment advertisement, appointments will be made on merit, while candidates must meet the educational, age and, where applicable, physical requirements for their respective posts.

NCCIA jobs 2026 online apply

Candidates are required to apply online through the National Police Foundation Testing and Assessment Services (NPFTAS) recruitment portal.

Applicants should first create or update their profile on the recruitment portal. The profile requires personal information such as the candidate’s name, father’s name and date of birth, along with educational qualifications and other relevant details.

Candidates who have work experience can also provide their employment information where applicable.

Once the profile has been completed, applicants can view the available vacancies under the ‘Open Applications’ section and select the position for which they wish to apply.

The portal also allows candidates to review and edit their applications before the closing date. Applicants should check their information carefully before submitting the final application, as the information provided in the online form will be treated as final.

Eligibility criteria

The advertised positions are open to candidates aged 18 to 25 years, with a general five-year age relaxation available according to government rules.

Educational requirements vary by position. The advertisement lists qualifications including Matriculation, FA/FSc/ICS and BA/BSc/BS, with computer science or information technology qualifications relevant to certain posts.

Recruitment will be conducted on merit.

Physical requirements

Candidates applying for positions that require physical tests must meet the prescribed standards.

For male candidates, the advertisement specifies a minimum height of 5 feet 6 inches, with a chest measurement of 33 to 34.5 inches.

The minimum height for female candidates is 5 feet 4 inches.

The running test requires male candidates to complete 1.6 kilometres in seven minutes, while female candidates must complete the same distance in 10 minutes.

These physical requirements are particularly relevant to candidates applying for posts such as Constable, Constable Driver, Sub Inspector and Assistant Sub Inspector.

Application fees, payment method

The application fee is Rs2,000 for each post.

Candidates applying for more than one position must submit a separate application and pay the applicable fee for each post.

After completing the application, candidates are required to generate a PSID and pay the fee through the available 1Link/1Bill payment channels.

Applicants should retain their payment details and ensure that the fee is successfully paid before finalising their application.

Last date to apply

The last date for submitting applications is September 7, 2026.

Candidates are advised to complete their profiles, select their desired vacancy and submit the application before the deadline.
