A new video has been posted on the official account of Benjamin Netanyahu, the Prime Minister of Israel, and it has raised questions about the use of artificial intelligence (AI), as speculated in previous videos.
In the video, a ring on Netanyahu’s finger appears and disappears as he moves his hand.
Viewers have also noticed that the ring is visible at first, then disappears when he stretches his hand forward, and later reappears in the same place.
Experts and observers say such inconsistencies are often a result of AI generated videos.
The unusual effect has led to discussions online about whether the video has been digitally manipulated.
The clip was analysed frame by frame by viewers and observers. These movements are inconsistent and cannot happen naturally, viewers suggest.
This has added to the speculation that artificial intelligence was used in making the video, further strengthening rumours about Netanyahu’s death.
Netanyahu video: 3rd clip raises more questions
Social media activist Dr Farhan Virk has raised doubts about the authenticity of Benjamin Netanyahu’s latest video shared on his social media platforms amid ongoing speculation and rumours about his death.
Netanyahu coffee shop video
Prior to this video, another video had gone viral. In the video, he appeared to joke about rumours of his death in a video posted on Sunday.
The Hebrew caption on his Instagram post roughly translates to “They say I am what?” in English.
In the clip, Netanyahu plays with the double meaning of the word “dead” in Hebrew slang, which can also mean “crazy about” something. Reaching for his coffee, he tells an aide, “I’m crazy about coffee. You know what? I’m crazy about my people.”
Some reports have loosely translated his words as “I’m dying for coffee,” showing that he was making a light-hearted pun in response to the death rumours.
‘Netanyahu death?’ social media speculates
However, netizens found many inconsistencies in that video. They claim that it is AI as well.
“Coffee somehow goes above the cup line without spilling a drop as he picks it up, coffee amount does not change after he drinks out of it, video jumps frames as he’s moving his arm towards the end of the video,” an Instagram user commented under The Sataf’s post.

The coffee physics are crazy too because the surface tension would easily be broken by a claw grip on a cup that full
I believe it's a real video digitally altered to appear current with this slop "I'm dying for coffee" line tbh pic.twitter.com/hNXgPirQZM
A netizen said, “Cafe conveniently posted two days ago that they’re now open on Sundays, people in the background wearing masks look a lot like the people he had with him while campaigning in 2021 when cafes were reopening, while I can see that he might have his pinky under the cup excusing the missing fingernail it’s strange he would filter himself so much and have no wrinkles, sky looks bright and clear while we know what’s happening there, he looks down several times and only blinks once through the entire video towards the end.”
Another said, “In the coffee shop that’s been closed for a week, not a single drop of coffee spills from the cup, which is full to the brim, and even though he drinks from the top, the foam on the coffee doesn’t disappear at all. Don’t try to create a false impression, you’re dead.”
A netizen said, “Initially, there were 6 fingers in the first video…now, when he drinks coffee, it doesn’t decrease even a little.”
Grok also seems to agree with netizens on this one.

Is Netanyahu left handed?
Based on the available images and videos, many people believe that Benjamin Netanyahu is left handed.
In a 2021 article by Business Insider, which named left handed world leaders, he was in the list among other leaders like Barack Obama and Uhuru Kenyatta.
However, in the first videos he appeared to be using his right hand. This has further added fuel to the rumours.
