Massive ‘No Kings protests’ against President Donald Trump took place across the United States (US).
Millions of people expressed anger over what they view as his authoritarian tendencies and harsh, law breaking governance, according to the reports.
‘Trump putting whole world into crisis’: Bernie Sanders
Speaking at the No Kings protests, US Senator Bernie Sanders said that Trump is putting the whole world into crisis.
He said, “Today our message is ‘No More Kings.’ We do not want a dictatorship in our country. One person has taken the country’s laws into his own hands.”
Bernie Sanders further said that no one in American history has ever misused power so much.
He stated that the American people were lied to about the Iraq war, and today they are being lied to about the war against Iran. The war against Iran was started by the Israeli Prime Minister.
Sanders said that by starting an unjustified war against a sovereign country. He added that international laws are being violated.

The US senator added that thousands of people have been killed in Gaza and the area has been reduced to rubble, while in Iran, 2,000 civilians have been killed so far.
He further said that Israel should be stopped from receiving weapons funded by American taxpayers, and that Trump is wasting US taxpayers’ money on the war against Iran by lying.
Senator Bernie Sanders said the war against Iran must be stopped immediately, and taxpayers’ money should instead be spent on education, healthcare, and building affordable housing.
This marks the third round of No Kings rallies, which have previously drawn millions of participants.
Organisers say the protests are against policies by US President Donald Trump. This includes the war in Iran, federal immigration enforcement, and the rising cost of living.

“Trump wants to rule over us as a tyrant. But this is America, and power belongs to the people, not to wannabe kings or their billionaire cronies,” organisers said, BBC reported.
Trump allies have previously denounced the No Kings protests as the “hate America rally” and accused participants of being linked to the far left Antifa movement, BBC added.
This marks the third major demonstration in less than a year organised by the grassroots movement called “No Kings.”

Anti Trump ‘No Kings protests’
This has been the main outlet for opposition to Trump since he began his second term in January 2025.
The latest protests were driven by the war against Iran that Trump launched with Israel, with unclear goals and shifting timelines.
The demonstrations also spread internationally, with rallies in European cities including Amsterdam, Madrid, and Rome.
In the US, protests took place in several cities. In Atlanta, thousands gathered in a park to protest authoritarianism.
One participant held a sign reading, “We Are Losing Our Democracy.” In West Bloomfield, Michigan, near Detroit, people protested despite below freezing temperatures.
The first nationwide “No Kings” protest was held last June on Trump’s 79th birthday. This coincided with a military parade he organised in Washington. Millions participated across the country, from New York to San Francisco.
