North Korea Nuclear strike

According to Western Media the constitution of North Korea has been amended to automatically launch nuclear missiles if the leader Kim Jong Un is incapacitated or assassinated by a foreign attack.

A retaliatory doctrine was formalised by this constitutional revision. The revision ensures that the nuclear weapons will be launched if the top leadership of the country is eliminated for any reason in a foreign attack.

The 15th Supreme People’s Assembly was convened in Pyongyang and the change was adopted in the first session of the assembly.

The South Korea’s National Intelligence Service (NIS) in a briefing disclosed the details of the amendments to senior government officials.
