Paid internship announced for Pakistani women

A six-month paid internship has been announced by the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) Information Technology Board.

The internship is for women of KP under the Women Digital Internship Program 2025–26.

The program is designed to enhance women’s participation in the digital economy by building technical skills.

There will be a selection process. Once selected, you will undergo training in Artificial Intelligence, UI UX, Web Development, Application Development, Graphic Design, and Digital Marketing.

The selected candidates will be paid Rs30,000 monthly throughout the six-month time period.

The last date to apply for the KP Women Digital Internship Program 2025–26 is March 13, 2026.

In other news, Saudi Arabia’s renowned King Abdullah University of Science and Technology is offering a fully-funded international internship under the Visiting Student Research Program 2026, in which undergraduate and master’s students from around the world, including Pakistani students, can participate.

According to international media reports, selected candidates will be provided with a monthly stipend of US$1,000, in addition to return air tickets, free accommodation on campus, full health insurance, visa support, and access to modern research laboratories.

The internship will last for three to six months, during which participants will work on various research projects under the supervision of world-renowned faculty.
