Pakistan and Afghanistan Agree to Immediate Ceasefire

Web desk: A ceasefire agreement has been reached between Pakistan and Afghanistan, according to the latest reports.

The ongoing chain of terrorist attacks from Afghan soil into Pakistan will come to an immediate halt.

Both neighbouring countries have agreed to respect each other’s territorial sovereignty, Khawaja Asif tweeted.

The two sides will meet again on October 25 in Istanbul to hold detailed discussions on the remaining issues, according to the sources.

Pakistan has expressed deep gratitude to the brotherly nations of Qatar and Turkey for their efforts in facilitating the agreement.
