Pakistan Army Hoists National Flag on Ghaznali Post

PESHAWAR: In a strong response to Afghan Taliban aggression, the Pakistan army has captured the Ghaznali Post in Nosshki Sector and the national flag has been hoisted.

The Pakistan Army destroyed Ghaznali post located three kilometers inside Afghanistan in response to the aggression by Afghan Taliban forces.

According to sources, the operation was carried out on the night of October 11 and 12, in which the Pakistan Army effectively targeted enemy positions.

It can be seen in the footage that Afghan Taliban soldiers fled after abandoning the Ghaznali post and weapons during the counter-attack.

Military sources say that several Taliban hideouts across the border were destroyed during the operations, while the Pakistan Army also temporarily took control of 21 Afghan Taliban posts.

According to intelligence reports, more than 200 Taliban and their supporting terrorists were killed in the operations, while many were injured.

The Pakistan Army spokesperson has clarified that the Pakistani forces are fully prepared to give a befitting reply to any external aggression.

Cross-border clashes between Pakistan and Afghanistan continued late into the night, with multiple Afghan posts reported destroyed as exchanges of fire intensified, local officials and residents said.

Afghan Taliban targeted border-side villages, and injuries were reported in Guldara Baghicha, Killi Luqman, and Killi Muhammad Rasool.

Medical authorities confirmed two injured have so far been brought to Chaman Civil Hospital, while an emergency has been declared across all hospitals in the city to handle potential casualties.
