Web desk: Pakistan has once again exposed what it calls a false and baseless propaganda attempt by the Indian media.
The Ministry of Information and Broadcasting rejected claims by the Indian news outlet First Post, which alleged that Pakistan’s military had signed an agreement with the CIA and Mossad to deploy troops to Gaza.
The Ministry has described the report as completely fabricated and misleading. And has reaffirmed that Pakistan has never recognised Israel nor discussed any military cooperation related to Gaza.
Another plan of false and baseless propaganda by the Indian media against Pakistan has been exposed, observers say.
Pakistan Gaza Troop Deployment Claims
The Ministry of Information and Broadcasting has once again unveiled the misleading tactics of the Indian media, exposing their fabricated claims before the public.
According to details, the Indian news outlet First Post falsely claimed that Pakistan’s military leadership had signed an agreement with the US intelligence agency CIA and the Israeli agency Mossad.
The report further alleged that under this supposed agreement, Pakistan would deploy 20,000 troops to Gaza.
The Ministry has strongly rejected these baseless allegations, clarifying that Pakistan has never recognised Israel, nor has there been any discussion or agreement regarding military deployment or intelligence cooperation.
A spokesperson stated that both the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) and the Foreign Office of Pakistan have never supported or announced any military mission related to Gaza.
The Ministry also condemned First Post for violating journalistic ethics, noting that the publication took a quote from a private newspaper out of context to create a misleading narrative.
It added that all the so-called “intelligence leaks” and claims in the report were entirely fabricated.
The statement further pointed out that First Post cited sources such as CNN-News18, which has a record of spreading unverified and false information in the past.
Reaffirming Pakistan’s stance, the Ministry said the country has always supported the legitimate right of the Palestinian people to self-determination and stands firmly by their cause.
According to the Ministry, this propaganda is yet another failed attempt by the pro-government “Godi Media” working under the influence of Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi, which continues to engage in baseless and politically motivated reporting against Pakistan, observers said.
