The Prime Minister of Pakistan, Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif, took to the social media platform X, formerly Twitter, to announce that the country is ready to host and facilitate the talks between the United States (US) and Iran on Tuesday.
In the tweet, the Prime Minister stated that Pakistan welcomes and fully supports ongoing efforts to pursue dialogue to end the WAR in the Middle East.
‘In the interest of peace and stability in the region and beyond,’ he added.
The prime minister further added, “Subject to concurrence by the US and Iran, Pakistan stands ready and honoured to be the host to facilitate meaningful and conclusive talks for a comprehensive settlement of the ongoing conflict.”

FO Tahir Andrabi: Islamabad prepared to host US Iran talks
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs spokesperson, Tahir Andrabi, on Tuesday, stated that Islamabad is ready to host negotiations between the United States (US) and Iran amid the ongoing regional conflict.
Foreign Office spokesperson Andrabi further said that Pakistan is willing to host talks between the US and Iran if all parties agree.
While addressing the CNN, the FO spokesperson reinstated Pakistan’s commitment to regional peace and stability.
