Naseer Hussain calls out ‘ICC bias’
Previously, Former England captain and popular cricket commentator, Naseer Hussain, spoke out against the ICC’s bias and double standards.
Talking on the Sky Sports Cricket Podcast, Naseer Hussain said that if India had demanded a change of venue instead of Bangladesh, what would the ICC have done?
Would the ICC have also excluded India from the event? The ICC should deal with Bangladesh and Pakistan equally, like India.
“I guess the real comparison would be If it had been India, and in the future if India, a month before a tournament, say our government does not want us to go and play in that country in a World Cup, would the ICC have been so firm and say, ‘you know the rules, bad luck, we’re knocking you out’,” he said.
