Coke Studio’s superhit song “Pasoori” has become the first music video made in Pakistan to cross one billion views on YouTube.
The song, sung by Ali Sethi and Shae Gill, made waves when it was released in 2022 and went on to become a global sensation.
Coke Studio celebrated the major milestone on social media, writing, “From Pakistan to the world! What started as a song became a global moment, carried by millions of you around the world. Today, we celebrate 1 billion YouTube Views on Pasoori, a milestone made possible by every single person who pressed play, sang along, and made it their own.”
The song’s singers, Ali Sethi and Shae Gill, along with music producer Abdullah Siddiqui, also congratulated everyone on the milestone and thanked fans for their continued love and support.
