LAHORE: Ahsan Ali, husband of social media influencer Pyari Maryam, has spoken about her last moments and how he is handling the trauma being faced by him and his family.
Pyari Maryam passed away after giving birth to her twin sons. She was loved by millions for making beautiful and relatable content while sharing her life with her fans. She had shared her pregnancy journey on her social media account. Unfortunately, things did not go as plan and she passed away during delivery.
The social media star’s passing shocked her family deeply.
Ahsan Ali has shared a vlog and spoken publicly about Maryam’s death for the first time and said the loss caused unbearable pain.
He said Maryam’s blood pressure rose during childbirth as a result of which her heart and lungs were badly affected, leading to her death.
Ahsan became emotional while addressing public criticism. He said people misused their family tragedy.
He clarified he had signed consent for a hysterectomy, however, doctors did not perform the procedure.
Maryam was buried in Rawalpindi, not Okara according to her mother’s wishes
He said her mother wanted Maryam buried nearby. She told him he could take his two sons with him.
Ahsan expressed disappointment over media coverage adding that some outlets exploited the news for attention.
He said he is sharing the details on his family’s request as they wanted all misunderstandings cleared.
