PSL 11
With the addition of two new franchises, the PSL has expanded to eight teams. It has created more roster spots and opportunities for international players to showcase their skills.
The PCB has urged agents and players to complete their registration by January 20, 2026, to be included in the official Player Pool. Registrations can be submitted online via the PCB portal. Candidates are suggested to visit https://app.pcb.com.pk
The two new franchises will be auctioned in Islamabad on January 8, 2026. The event is expected to be broadcast live.
PSL 11 will feature a redesigned format to accommodate the expanded eight-team league without significantly extending the tournament’s duration.
Scheduled from March 26 to May 3, 2026, PSL 11 will consist of 44 matches over a 39-day period.
The opening phase will be conducted on a single-league basis, with each team playing every other side once.
This is expected to ensure fair competition before the league progresses to its next phase.
The PCB emphasised that the revamped structure reflects the league’s growth and its commitment to providing a global platform for cricketing talent.
