The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has officially announced changes to the schedule of the ongoing ODI series between Pakistan and Sri Lanka, as well as the upcoming T20I Tri-Nation Tournament involving Pakistan, Sri Lanka, and Zimbabwe.
In an official statement issued today, the PCB confirmed that “the decision to revise the schedule was made in consultation with Sri Lanka Cricket (SLC) and Zimbabwe Cricket (ZC), following mutual discussions to accommodate operational and match requirements.”
Under the revised schedule, the remaining ODI matches between Pakistan and Sri Lanka will now be played on 14th and 16th November 2025 instead of 13th and 15th at the Rawalpindi Cricket Stadium.
The Pakistan Cricket Board further stated that “the T20I Tri-Nation Tournament shall now completely be played in Rawalpindi, commencing 18 November, with the final scheduled for 29 November 2025.”
Moreover, PCB added that the T20I Tri-Nation Tournament, featuring Pakistan (hosts), Sri Lanka, and Zimbabwe, “will serve as an important preparatory platform ahead of the ICC T20 World Cup 2026.”
Concluding the statement, the PCB noted that “the updated fixtures for both the ODI series and the T20I Tri-Nation Tournament will be shared shortly on the PCB’s official platforms.”
These new arrangements give energetic crowd of Rawalpindi to witness more competitive cricket for the whole month of November. Which includes both the remainder of the Pakistan-Sri Lanka ODI series and the entire Tri-Nation T20 tournament, featuring competitive cricket ahead of a packed 2026 international season.
