PERA jobs: 500 sergeant drivers to be recruited across Punjab

Web desk: The Punjab Enforcement and Regulatory Authority (PERA) has announced plans to recruit 500 sergeant drivers. Separate quotas have also been allocated for each district across the province.

According to the sources, the recruitment will be carried out for Grade 7 posts. And it will be with district-wise quotas set in order to ensure fair representation.

Eligibility criteria

The age limit for candidates has been fixed between 18 and 25 years. Applicants must have passed Intermediate and hold a valid LTV driving licence.

Candidates will be required to clear physical and driving tests as part of the selection process.

Applicants for the jobs must have all required documents ready for the online application and physical screening.

These include an original CNIC, Matriculation certificate or degree, a valid LTV driving licence, and an original Punjab domicile certificate.

Candidates must also provide two recent passport-size photographs with a blue background and a character certificate or police verification.

Applications will be submitted online through the National Application Service. January 15 is set as the last date for submission.
