The petrol price is still the same, however, the price of high speed diesel has been increased by Rs6.
The Government has revised the prices of the petroleum products following input from the Oil & Gas Regulatory Authority (OGRA) and the relevant Ministries.
The new price of HSD is now Rs284 per litre and the rate of petrol will remain same at Rs265.45 per litre
HSD is widely used in the agriculture and transport sectors, therefore, revision in its price will have a significant impact on consumers.

Now, these prices will remain the same for the next two weeks.
Earlier, there was a prediction of an increase in petroleum product prices.
Last time, the government raised the petrol price by Rs2.43, bringing the rate to Rs265.45 per litre.
