Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif has announced 38 billion rupees as financial help for poor Pakistani families in Ramazan. For Pakistanis, there is good news that they will receive Rs 13000 in their bank accounts from the federal government.

“Rs38bn will be disbursed through digital bank accounts among 12.1 million families, without discrimination,” Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif said while addressing the ceremony. Every deserving family in Pakistan will receive Rs 13000 in their bank account.  

“Every deserving family will receive Rs13,000 through digital wallet or bank transfer, without discrimination based on party affiliation or point of view,” PM Shehbaz said.

Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif also said that of the Rs 38bn, Rs 10 bn is reserved for the families who are registered for the government’s Kafalat program.

Rs13000 for deserving Pakistani families

Shehbaz Sharif also said that this financial help of Rs 38bn is a big achivemnet of the federal government.

Prime Minister Shehbaz also said that the help of Rs 13000 for every deserving family is a coordinated effort of multiple federal departments.
Shehbaz Sharif also thanked international contributors for their contributions to help the deserving people of Pakistan.

Shehbaz Sharif announces Rs13000

“We ended it last year, and a major commitment was made to transfer cash through a digital system. It was a new initiative to replace the corrupt system and introduce a better one,” PM Shehbaz said.

It is pertinent to mention here that last year, the relief amount for deserving families was Rs5000, but this year it is Rs13000.

This year, the federal government announced that the amount of Rs 13000 for deserving families will be transferred digitally into bank accounts.

So, this Ramazan, there is no need to go anywhere to collect cash. If you are deserving, you will receive Rs13000 in your bank account by sitting at your house.
