The Pakistan Peoples Party has denounced the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) protest in the UK. PPP said that PTI is a complete threat to peace in Pakistan as the protestors in the UK used objectionable language against the Chief of Defence Forces, Field Marshal Asim Munir.
PPP leader Shazia Marri said that PTI has crossed all limits to spread unrest in the country.
“Heinous conspiracies are being hatched against Pakistan. Britain’s own laws prevent the spread of chaos. How can it allow others to use its land for spreading chaos,” the PPP leader said.
The provincial minister Nasir Hussain Shah also condemned the PPP’s protest and said that PTI’s politics is the politics of extremism and hate. He further added that PTI can only spread negative propaganda against Pakistan from abroad.
Nasir Hussain Shah also praised Chief of Defence Forces Field Marshal Syed Asim Munir, adding that Field Marshal received recognition all over the world.

Pakistan has lodged a strong protest with the United Kingdom over abusive language and violent threats against its national institutions during a demonstration outside the Pakistan consulate in Bradford.
Following the incident, Pakistan’s Foreign Office verbally demarched the British deputy head of mission, expressing serious concern over the conduct of protesters and the response of local authorities. Officials said Pakistan raised the issue after British authorities failed to take effective action despite what Islamabad termed inappropriate and objectionable speech during the protest.
Foreign Office sources said Pakistan conveyed its protest through the deputy head of mission because British High Commissioner Jane Marriott was not present in the country at the time.
According to the Foreign Office, the protest crossed legal boundaries and targeted state institutions, yet no visible enforcement measures followed. As a result, Pakistan urged British authorities to ensure accountability and prevent similar incidents in the future.
