Protestors in Paris set fire to the US flag, following the US military strike on Venezuela and the abduction of Venezuela’s president, Nicolas Maduro and his wife.
According to a media report of a global media outlet, several hundred people gathered to protest in solidarity with Venezuela.
Earlier, the US President shared his statement on Truth Social where he said, “The United States of America has successfully carried out a large-scale strike against Venezuela and its leader, President Nicolas Maduro, who has been, along with his wife, captured and flown out of the Country. This operation was done in conjunction with U.S. Law Enforcement. Details to follow. There will be a News Conference today at 11 A.M. at Mar-a-Lago. Thank you for your attention to this matter! An American helicopter landed in New York on Saturday carrying Venezuelan President Nicolás Maduro, the global media outlets confirmed.
According to several media reports, Venezuelan President Nicolás Maduro is expected to appear before the court in New York today.
