The eleventh edition of the Pakistan Super League (PSL 11) will begin on Thursday, March 26. Fans can also grab their tickets soon.
The decision was made during a meeting of the PSL Governing Council at the National Cricket Academy in Lahore. Fans, players, and stakeholders are looking forward to the new season of the league.
Chairman PCB Mohsin Naqvi chaired the meeting. All eight PSL franchises were represented, along with PCB and PSL officials.
The meeting started with Chairman PCB and the participants welcoming the new team owners of Sialkot and Hyderabad to the HBL PSL family.
The Chairman and the PSL team were also congratulated on the successful conduct of the New Teams Auction, which showed the growth and development of the league.
Detailed discussions were held on several matters. It included the schedule of PSL 11, player retentions, and the adoption of the player auction.
A combination of auction and draft, called “drauction,” and the option of direct signings were also discussed.
The meeting ended with the formation of a working group. The group will meet to discuss agenda items.
The Governing Council meeting will reconvene as needed after that.
How to get PSL 11 tickets online?
PSL 11 tickets will be available from the first match, both online and at select TCS outlets across Pakistan.
Fans are particularly excited for the opening ceremony and the final. Which usually sell out within hours.
Tickets can be bought in two ways. Online booking is available through PCB’s official ticketing partners, TCS’s website, and Bookme.pk.
The buyers will need a valid CNIC and can pay using JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or a MasterCard issued by a bank.
Fans can select the match, venue, and seating class before making payment using the available options.
Alternatively, tickets can be purchased offline at designated TCS outlets in major cities across the country.
