As Pakistan Super League (PSL) 11 gets closer, cricket fans all over Pakistan are eagerly waiting for ticket sales. PSL 11 tickets will be available starting Match 1 both online as well as through select TCS outlets across the country.
Fans are especially thrilled for the opening ceremony and the tournament final, which traditionally sells out within a few hours of opening.
Fans can buy PSL 11 tickets in two ways. Online booking is available through the PCB’s official ticketing partners, TCS’s official site and Bookme.pk. Buyers will need a valid CNIC and choose an option of payment – JazzCash, EasyPaisa and MasterCard issued by a bank.
Once a fan has chosen the match they want to attend, the venue and seating class, they are able to make their purchase using the payment methods available.
Alternatively, tickets may be bought offline as well by visiting specially designated TCS outlets in leading cities of Pakistan.
These outlets give the fans an opportunity to purchase tickets directly for any PSL 11 match of their choice and it makes the proceedings convenient and accessible to every part of the country.
The PSL final is always the most sought-after fixture of the tournament. Fans swarm to the stadiums to take in the electrifying experience of packed stands, high-intensity showdown between two best-performing teams of the season.
This high level of excitement is the reason that final match tickets are usually sold out almost immediately after sales open.
Ticket prices for PSL 11 fluctuate based on a number of factors, such as the nature of the match, the venue and the types of seating. Tickets are separated into five main categories – General Enclosure Stands, Premium Stands, First-Class Stand, VIP Stand and HQs PCB Gallery.
General Enclosure tickets are the cheapest while prices rise as you move closer to VIP and Gallery areas.
For group stage matches the ticket price of General Enclosure is starting from Rs650, whereas VIP and PCB Gallery tickets cost up to PKR 8500. As the tournament gets to the playoffs and qualifiers, the ticket price increases.
In these stages, for General Enclosure tickets, generally start from Rs1,000, VIP tickets can be as much as Rs10,000, while between Rs12,000 to Rs15,000 are suggested for the sale of tickets for the PCB Gallery.
The PSL 11 matches will be organised in 4 stadiums including Gaddafi Stadium Lahore, Rawalpindi Cricket Stadium, National Bank Cricket Stadium Karachi and Multan Cricket Stadium.
Ticket prices can be different within different venues, depending on the number of people that can fit in the stadium, and the relevance of a certain match.
