The Punjab Public Private Partnership Authority (P4A) has announced the Young Professionals Programme (YPP) for fresh graduates. The authority is working under the Finance Department.
The one-year programme is designed for those who want to gain practical experience in public-private partnership (PPP) projects. According to P4A, it is the first programme of its kind in Pakistan that focuses on PPPs.
The selected candidates will work with experienced professionals. They will also take part in real PPP projects during the one-year programme.

Applications are open for graduates from the following fields:

- Artificial Intelligence
- Law
- Engineering
- Information Technology
- Computer Science
- Management Information Systems
- Data Analytics
- Economics
- Media Studies
- Public Policy
- Social Sciences
- Natural Sciences
A total of 15 young professionals will be selected. However, P4A can increase or decrease the number of the selected candidates.
Stipend
Selected candidates will receive a monthly stipend of Rs150,000 for one year.
Eligibility
Applicants must be Pakistani citizens and should not be older than 25 years.
They also need to have completed 16 years of education from an HEC-recognised institution or a well-known foreign university. The minimum CGPA that is required is 3.3.

If you wish to apply, first download the application form from the P4A website at https://p4a.punjab.gov.pk/jobs.
Then, send a hard copy of the completed application form along with attested copies of their academic degrees and transcripts, experience certificates if available, CNIC, one recent passport-size photograph, and an updated CV. Incomplete applications will not be accepted.
Additionally, only shortlisted candidates will be called for the test or interview. TA or DA will also not be provided.
P4A has also clarified that the Young Professionals Programme is a one-year professional development programme. It is not a regular job and does not give any right to permanent or contract employment.
