The Government of Punjab has started the Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz Eidi Scheme to help out the low income residents before Eid ul Fitr 2026. The scheme was launched on the directions of the Chief Minister of Punjab.
Under the program, eligible citizens will receive Rs5,000. The money can be used to buy food, clothing, and other household items for the festive season.
Officials have said that the scheme is meant to support families during Eid.
Eligibility for Maryam Eidi Scheme
The program is open to residents of Punjab who meet the criteria.
- Minimum age is 12 years.
- Applicants 18 years or older must show a CNIC.
- Applicants 12 to 17 years old must show a B Form.
- Applicants must give a contact number and have an active Easypaisa or JazzCash wallet.
How to apply for the Eidi Scheme
You can apply via online registration with ease.
Register online
First, you have to visit the official Punjab government website. Then, enter your CNIC or B Form number.
After this, you have to provide your registered mobile number. Then, choose Easypaisa or JazzCash wallet and fill in your personal details and submit the application.
Applicants will get an SMS after verification later. The Rs5,000 payment will be sent to their bank account.
Register via SMS
You can also register via SMS. Send your CNIC number to the official code announced by the government. After this, you will get an SMS confirming your eligibility.
Authorities said citizens should only register through official platforms. They warned against using unofficial sources to keep the scheme secure and transparent.
