Recently, Reema Khan offered a piece of advice for individuals engaged in fights on social media including indirect advice to film actress Resham after she received rude comments from Deedar.
In light of the ongoing dispute between Resham and Deedar, Reema Khan shared on social media, “Life has taught me multiple lessons, but one I took seriously and understood by heart is that not every feud is worth fighting, not every debate increases your respect, and not everyone is worthy of attention. Learn from life when to be quiet and when to speak. Leave some decisions to time. Don’t waste your energy on the wrong people, because sometimes silence is the most powerful reply.”
She also wrote in the caption, “Silence is not empty… it is full of strength, wisdom, and control. Sometimes, the most powerful response is no response at all. In silence, you protect your peace, observe deeply, and rise above noise. Silence is power, it speaks when words fail, and wins where noise cannot.”
Resham hits back at Deedar
During a recent appearance on Drive with Shazia Zeeshan, the host asked about the criticism that Resham faces from certain individuals.
The host, Deedar pointed out that some people have accused her of ‘destroying homes,’ being negative, or suggested that her peak in the film industry has already passed.
In response, Resham stated, “People are jealous of me due to my ‘Langar’ (charitable meals). I do not wish to destroy anyone’s reputation, but the jealousy comes from the work I undertake. Some have even said that I prepare too much ‘Langar,’ as if I might fail in doing so. Look at Deedar: what is her identity? She is well-known because of her sister.”
“She has been performing day and night for thirty years. What recognition does she have? My work speaks for itself. A good person will always speak positively; a bad person will only spread negativity”, she added further.
