Rockstar GTA 6

Rockstar Games has officially confirmed the launch of Grand Theft Auto VI on November 19, 2026. The upcoming title will be the long-awaited return of one of the most popular video game franchises in gaming history.

The game was originally slated for release in 2025, but the developers decided to push the launch back to ensure the game would be polished and complete.

The news came from Rockstar Games and its parent company, Take-Two Interactive. According to the studio, the extended development timeline will enable teams to further polish the massive open world, and provide a game that will meet the high expectations of fans from around the world.

Industry observers hope that Rockstar will start its big marketing push sometime in the later part of 2026 as the release date draws nearer.

Pricing Predictions and Market Expectations

While Rockstar hasn’t officially announced the price of GTA 6, industry analysts believe that the game might be more expensive than the previous ones in the series.

Early predictions for the standard edition are expected between $80 to $100 in the United States with deluxe and premium editions costing even higher.

In other markets, the same price increases are expected. For example, the base version in India might be priced around INR 6,000, while special editions may cost over INR 7,000.

The higher prices represent both the increasing costs of modern game development and the massive nature of the upcoming title.
