WEB DESK: Star actor Saba Qamar is in trouble after her video shoot wearing a police uniform went viral on the internet.
As per details, a petition was filed in a local court, stating that Saba Qamar was wearing the police uniform without any official approval from the department. The use of an official uniform without permission in a video shoot is a violation of the rules.
Saba Qamar’s uniform video was a part of the 2023 drama Serial Killer under the banner of a private TV channel. The actress is playing Superintendent of Police Sarah Sikander in the drama.

The controversy began after Saba’s recent remarks about Karachi during a podcast went viral.
When asked if she would consider moving to Karachi permanently, the actress replied, “Astaghfirullah, never!” explaining that she only visits the city for work.
Her comments sparked debate on social media. Soon after that journalist Naeem Hanif made controversial claims regarding her past, which she categorically rejected.
Saba Qamar to Take Legal Action Against Journalist Naeem Hanif
Saba Qamar announced that she will take legal action against journalist Naeem Hanif over serious allegations made about her past.
Naeem Hanif, known for sharing behind-the-scenes stories about celebrities, alleged that in 2003 or 2004, Saba Qamar lived in a house in Walton, Lahore, with a man she was related to.
Naeem Hanif made these claims in a video shared on social media, where he discussed the actress’s past and made these claims.
He further claimed that the man began harassing her, and that she later approached to lodge a complaint against him.
Saba Qamar to Take Legal Action
Saba Qamar quickly denied the allegations, calling them false, baseless, and damaging to her reputation.
Posting a story to the popular social media platform, Instagram, the actress shared a screenshot of Naeem Hanif’s video and strongly rejected his claims.
There she stated, “Making false accusations against someone is a serious crime. I have never lived in Walton nor have I done anything that the journalist has alleged.”
